Low cost activities
In order to maximize the use of your Spanish skills outside the classroom and to keep our students highly motivated, our school organizes one or more of the following LOW cost activities every week:
Salsa classes
We invite you to take part in our salsa lessons. Salsa is a dance form with origins in Cuba, but is popular throughout Latin America as well as other parts of the world. It doesn’t matter if you can dance or not, everybody can take part in a beginners class. It’s a lot of fun! The Salsa classes take place in a local salsa school.
Cooking classes
Cooking classes take place at the school. We will show you how to prepare typical Peruvian dishes. The explanation will be in Spanish so that you can practice your language skills. Afterwards you will receive the recipe so that you can make it again at home!
Peruvian cocktail class
Peru has a famous cocktail made with Pisco, called Pisco Sour. You can’t come to Peru without trying one! We will teach you how to prepare it and of course how to drink it…
